Layland Mine Explosion
The following miners were killed in the Layland Mine Explosion,
Layland, West Virginia, on March 2, 1915. These miners were immigrants
from Italy and other European Countries. All are buried in the
St. Mary's Cemetery in Hinton, West Virginia.
